Mr. Santos’ experience includes serving as Global Business Transition Specialist and HR Executive M&A Project Manager at General Electric (GE), where he led comprehensive HR integration projects across multiple industries (Aviation, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Transportation, Healthcare, and other), involving more than 80,000 employees. He led comprehensive HR workstreams for multi-national M&A, JVs and divestitures in the pre sign, deal close, and integration phases on the global/regional/country level.

Mr. Santos’ HR bachelor academic background complements his practical expertise, underpinned by advanced Global Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications from Project Management Institute (PMI), which is Unites States global authority in project management, and continuous professional development in HR technology and process improvement such as LEAN, process and tools.

Prepared with a global perspective and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Mr. Santos endeavors to contribute significantly to the customer at country level and across the regions as needed.
